Library is a mobile app module in Tawasol for access to current policies, forms and training materials in searchable folders. It connects this work to the organization’s shared structure and access controls, within a platform deployed on the organization’s own infrastructure or in a private cloud.

Library covers access to current policies, forms and training materials in searchable folders.
What employees see, what administrators control, and what happens when access changes.
Yes. The secure viewer allows employees to read the complete document while file-level download permissions govern supported in-app actions; review local caches and exported copies separately.
Topic folders with sub-folders beneath them, structured by your administrators to match how your organization thinks about its documentation.
Confirm device revalidation, connectivity and offline access behavior. Removing a document does not delete copies previously exported outside the app.
